Chronicle Live: Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has traced the team's current run of good form to a half-time team talk at Everton at the end of September.
Pardew claims that since winning that second half on Merseyside, the team have been playing good football and getting back to their best. He said, “We won the second half against Everton and since that moment we have been very strong.”
Express: A Moussa Sissoko wonder-strike handed Newcastle United a 2-1 victory over West Bromwich Albion on Saturday at St. James' Park. The victory was the club's 4th in November and ensured a 100% win record for the month.
Yoan Gouffran opened the scoring for United from a corner before Chris Brunt equalised with a thunderous shot that found the back of the net. Scorer of the winning goal, Sissoko, said, "We know we have the quality to keep fighting for a high position in the league.”
01.12.2013 - New Training Complex Planned:
NUFC Official: Newcastle United Director of Football Joe Kinnear has announced plans by the club for a new multi-million pound training ground complex.
Work is expected to get underway in May 2015, with completion in early 2016. Kinnear, said: "This is a hugely exciting development for Newcastle United. We have one of football's great stadiums and we are delighted to now be announcing plans for a training complex which will rival any in Europe.
